Scientific and Administration Teams Strengthened

Biobest have welcomed a number of new members to the team in the last few months.

Dr Debra Smith has joined as a Senior Virologist. Debra has a PhD in molecular biology from Cambridge University and will take on the role of molecular biology supervisor with responsibility for our PCR work and will be the main point of contact for avian diagnostics. Joining Debra in molecular biology is Hannah Kilbank who as a postgraduate degree in aquatic pathobiology.

Eleanor Laming, Barbara Stochmal and Colin Wood who all worked on our winter IPNV testing contracts have joined the company on a full time basis as Assistant Virologists.

Bringing our administration team up to strength are Sandra McLeish and Claire Bald who will deal with all aspects of reporting and initial queries.
